When you search by location or create a request with Name Your Terms, our system ranks agents using multiple factors: agents local to the area, whether their business model and pricing fit your terms, property-type experience, years of experience, and specialties. Results are ordered for your location and requirements and appear first. You stay in control: browse profiles, compare options, and reach out when you're ready.

Do I have to choose an agent once I submit a request?

No. Submitting a request or creating an opportunity does not commit you to any agent. You can browse matched agents, compare profiles, and contact only the ones you like. There is no obligation to hire anyone.

Yes. FindAgent.io gives you the flexibility to negotiate directly with agents. Using our Name Your Terms tool, you can outline your budget, preferred compensation structure, and specific service needs from the start. Since agents share their pricing upfront on their profiles, you can connect and align on terms smoothly. Just be sure to finalize your agreement in writing directly with the agent, including start and expiration dates, before services begin.

From any agent profile or search result, use the contact option to send a secure message through the platform. You can also track your conversations and contacted agents from your dashboard.

No. FindAgent.io is a technology platform that connects you with independently licensed real estate professionals. Usage is subject to our Terms of Use. We do not provide brokerage services or act as your agent, and we make no recommendations or representations. All real estate services are delivered by the agent you choose.

At this time, we offer two professional subscription plans: Monthly at $24/month, with a 30-day free trial, and Yearly at $149/year (50% off the standard $240 rate, which is a limited-time launch offer). FindAgent.io offers one of the lowest cost lead generation platforms, there are no per-lead charges, and no per sale or revenue based fee. Both plans include profile visibility, lead alerts, a personalized microsite, analytics, and marketing tools. Our yearly subscription includes additional features such as GEO optimization, digital business card, contact tracking and additional business growth programs as they launch. Can I choose the type of leads I receive?

Yes, in several ways. You define your service areas on the map, set whether you work with buyers, sellers, or both, and configure your business model with the compensation types and property types you accept. Leads and opportunities are matched to agents based on location fit and profile alignment. You can also manage how you receive alerts, in app, by email, SMS, or WhatsApp (coming soon), from your account preferences.

How do reviews work on the platform?

Agents can add client testimonials to their profiles, including the client's name, city, and review text. These appear in the Client Feedback section on the agent's public profile. Agents can also display experience metrics such as client satisfaction rate and number of five-star reviews. Testimonials are submitted and managed by the agent currently, but we will be adding the ability for clients and prospects to rate agents. We recommend buyers to verify credentials and read multiple data points: experience, services, pricing, and testimonials, before choosing an agent.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Your 30-day free trial gives you full access to all plan features. We'll email you a reminder before it ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial expires, or your subscription will continue at the monthly rate.

How do I receive and respond to leads?

New leads and opportunity matches are delivered to your dashboard, email, and optionally via SMS. You can view details, respond through secure messaging, and manage all conversations from My Leads and My Messages.

How do I set up my business model and pricing?

From your agent dashboard, go to Profile and configure your business model: choose buyer/seller focus, set compensation types (percentage of sale, flat fee, or hourly rate), and define the services you offer. This information appears on your public profile, once you submit the minimum required profile info, and drives how you're matched to client requests.

Complete profiles with defined service areas, business models, and experience rank higher in location-based search. Subscribed agents appear in search results and on search engines. For yearly professional plan subscribers, FindAgent.io will unlock features to further optimize for search engines and AI engines.

Accepted Answer

Yes. FindAgent.io serves buyers, sellers, and agents across the United States. You can search by any U.S. location to find agents in your area. Our agent network is growing, so coverage varies by market: densely populated areas typically have more agents available. Our coverage includes hundreds of thousands of agents, and our subscribed agent pool is growing. If you have an agent suggestion, please contact us.
